What other countries? You want the European model? Rationed healthcare and several nations needing bailouts by fellow EU member states?

rationed care better than no care if cant afford coverage.

You can afford coverage. The problem with Americans is that they don't prioritize healthcare, instead they prioritize consumerism leaving them with insufficient means to cover healthcare.
...and many of the nations with "free" healthcare can't afford it, see my earlier post about needing bailouts.

Someone on the inside is giving Trump bad advice. Where is the weekly meetings with business leaders touting jobs? People vote with their wallet. Trump was killing it in the first few weeks bringing in CEO after CEO and holding PC detailing how this admin was different than others. We need Trump the businessman back.

The people want what is unsustainable. You can't have coverage for preexisting conditions, no mandate, low deductibles, and low premiums.
It'll take some real leadership to come out and effectively speak to those issues and why the compromises to be proposed are required.
Someone that really knows the issues inside and out, can speak to them dynamically and build coalitions to help carry those conversations back to local levels too. This isn't a problem solved in 140 characters.
