They were better off making First Take a permanent three-man show, and adding Cain on their full time. He and Stephen A. get after it.

Russillo and SVP was money but I didn't care for Kannel so I stopped listening. Sounds like it's even worse now. IMO Russillo has also started believing his own hype a little much.

I felt like they had as good of a good dynamic as there is these days, but to each his own.
If anyone has a better sports radio show rec, I'm all ears, always open to good recommendations.

JT The Brick is as good as it gets in my view. He's on in the 7:00-10:00 night slot though.

I don't even think Russillo is an overly conservative guy. I think he's probably pretty moderate about most things and thinks for himself like a lot of guys in their late 30s/ early 40s who have lived a little bit. Compared to a lot of espn at this point that's probably pretty conservative I guess.
