Haha I'm just repeating what I've heard. I don't know the dude from Adam. It was actually people that used to work at the cove who said it. So maybe bitter former employees.
Has anyone heard about the progress on the beer garden on Govt? Seems like all the owners around here have a stake in many places. Owner of Chelsea's is also part owner of Radio Bar and owns Cuban Liquor.

I think it breaks ground next month, but it seems like it's been "coming soon" for 2 years.

Last I heard they had put it off for a short bit as flood rebuilding jacked up the costs. Said they hoped it would be breaking ground "soon."
