What's up with Bregman?

I know the kid will be fine due to talent alone. Just a slow start this year. But I just watched him take 3 strikes against Bartolo Colon in the 1st inning after his teammates had already put 5 on the board ahead of him. Just seems like the aggressiveness isn't there for some reason. What do y'all think? Shrouded injury? Sophomore slump?

Missed about all of spring training to play in World Baseball Classic. At WBC he didn't get much playing time so he missed out on getting lots of rep at spring training.

I didn't say a word about him going back to the minors. The WBC answer has some merit for sure. I know he's raised his average lately but power numbers aren't there yet. Maybe it's just a slow start like we said.

He just isn't hitting for power.

My money is on this is this is the first game the OP watches Bergman in this season.
He saw them flash his average before his strikeout, and saw it wasn't through the roof. So he figured it would be a good idea to Start this thread.
