True. I was one. Hell, my TV never left ESPN for years. It got to where I only watched live programming, then found I could do without.

I used to leave ESPN on all day, when I was at home.
Always going in the background, so I could watch some highlights and clips here and there as I worked around the house.
Now, the only time I turn to the channel is when a specific game is on.
