Many factors contribute to this, but it always boils down to sin. People need to see that their actions are destructive to themselves and to others. Repentance and faith in Christ is the only hope there is.

Considering that Japanese have like a 100% birth rate to married couples and Christianity is nonexistent in Japan I'd say your post is bullshite

Well for starters, they could start taking some responsibilities for their actions-good or bad- rather that constantly looking for someone to blame.
The constant victim card will get your no where
And stop glorifying rap culture
