White House caught in more alternative facts

Or straight up lies.

So Spicer amd Mulvaney or however you spell it, angrily point at pictures of parts of a wall, or replacement wall being built at the Mexico/New Mexico border. They say Trump is building these and there is money in his budget so he can keep his promises. In truth those replacement and repair projects were not only approved under the Bush and Obama administration, but they actually, and more importantly, started before Trump even became president.
