Verizon Mobile Hotspot vs AT&T crap internet

I currently have AT&T Basic 3 (best available in my area). It's pretty much crap. If I'm streaming a baseball game or something then I have to make sure no one else is using the internet at the house.
Would I be better off with a 4G mobile hotspot from Verizon? It looks like I could add it on to my current plan and it would be less than I'm paying AT&T every month for garbage.

I'll be interested in this as well. Only have 3 Mbps available at my new address, so curious the pitfalls of using a hot spot instead.

The only thing I'm seeing so far is that Verizon will limit you to 3G after 10GB. I'm not sure how that will work for streaming games or movies?

I just switched to unlimited monthly data and it came with Hotspot. 3G after 10GB. I haven't used it enough to know whether you can stream on 3G or not.

Well could you get busy on that so the rest of us can find out?

Keep AT&T. Data cap is a problem as well as throttling. You'd consume 10g in no time flat.

Streaming video will kill your data cap in no time.
You are stuck with ATT
