There's mocks all over. Check with El Campo.

I was coming here to say something like this myself.

Did someone say NFL Schedule release?
You will get an alert on your phone on Tuesday, confirming what we already know: The release time will be Thursday at 7pm.
I will be keeping track of the 13 teams the Saints play, as a few will get some solid game time/week announcements.
We should know at least when 8 of the games will be played before the 7pm NFL Schedule Release show airs on NFL Network/ESPN, as announcements will roll in from the Saints and the 13 opponents they will play from 11am-6pm.
Here's what I am fairly certain of so far:
Wk1: at Minnesota 12pm FOX
Wk4: at Miami (London) 8:30am FOX
Wk5: BYE
Wk17:Carolina 12pm FOX
Factual game/bye week in bold.
A lot of schedule prognosticators are pointing towards a Week 1 SNF game of Atlanta vs Saints to debut the opening of the Butthole, but I believe SNF will go with ATL vs GB or ATL vs DAL. ATL vs MIA might even be considered more attractive than ATL vs NO.
A TNF Week 1 certainty: KC at NE on NBC.
An SNF Week 1 certainty: TBD at ATL on NBC. (Geaux TBD! )

One day you will be appreciated. May take a few more years but soon March/April will be known for mock schedules AND the draft.

no one outside of Kansas City gives a shite about the Chiefs
in my opinion opening night is a rematch of the Super Bowl, Atlanta @ New England

People who do mock NFL schedules really depress me.

Just a hunch, cleanmatt. 3 of the last 5 season openers have been at home, so I think we may be due for an away game to start the year. Also, I think the season opener will be a home game for a team with a big fan base that is down and needs a shot in the arm. The Saints and their 7-9 records over the last three years will probably be a win for a home team in week 1, so the Saints become the NFL's version of Appalachian State for a team like the Minnesota Vikings or Green Bay Packers, but probably the Vikings.
Week 17? Has to be a home game for us, as we have watched the Saints play their season finale on the road the last three teams. Also, the Saints have to close against an NFC South opponent, and have closed with the Falcons the last two years, the Buccaneers the two years prior than that, so it's a virtual lock the Saints will host Carolina in Week 17 at 12pm (unless there are playoff implications).

Can't remember did the schedule leak a few days early last year? Or was NFL pretty tight lipped about it?
Posted on 4/17/17 at 4:53 pm to PhillyTiger90
There always seems to be some leaks, because the networks get the info first so they can make plans to move crews and book rooms for personalities.
So you get some local guy at the Westin Canal that gets a reservation for Troy Aikman, so he knows that the Saints are in town the weekend of say September 17th. The following day another guy gets a call from the Chicago Bears Organization booking room for the same weekend.

This sounds too specific to be situational, so...
Wk 1: at Minnesota 12pm Fox
Wk 2: Chicago 12pm Fox
Wk 3: ?
Wk 4: at Miami* 8:30am Fox
Wk 5: Bye
Wk17: Carolina 12pm Fox (unless playoff implications)

Bold denotes what we know to be fact.
