How do I stop procrastinating?

I have this major final paper due in a couple of weeks and I planned on working on it the entire day. I haven't worked on it a single second 
I always tell myself I'll start at the start of the next hour but I never do. Any tips?

Are you on scholarship? If so, once you lose your free tuition, you'll end your procrastination or you'll drop out

Couple of weeks? shite man, that's a lifetime. I did a 26 page paper in grad school in the last 3-4 days. Just start doing the research with your sources and have an outline in meantime.... The writing can be done in 1-2 days. Got to learn how to harness the pressure to wait until the last minute and then give it 100%.

I too am a procrastinator. A few tips. If a project will take me two weeks, I plan for 4. This sounds too easy, but just do a small part of it. Like format a word doc. Write the title. I do that, and next thing I know an hour passes with me working on it. I have learned to just accept my flaw and plan around it.
