I mean it's a hypothetical. It's just like asking an NBA fan if they would rather have Russell Westbrook or Kevin Durant.

It's a perfectly plausible question.

In terms of Alli or Pogba, would you rather have someone who actually does shite or one that doesn't?

It's Alli all day.

O this is where you say Pogba sucks bc he doesn't have 15 goals and 10 assist as a #6 .

fricking idiot

The answer is Dele Alli. Pogba is just a show pony.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Phil Jones don't play the same position but I know which one is better and which one I would want on my team.

Exactly, how could someone pass up this athleticism?

And he even thought to take off his imaginary hat before he headed the ball away

He's the cornerstone for any top team to build around

I know for a fact that he's what City need to finally build a wall in the back line.

The two are not even in the same class of player so such a question is stupid

Delli and Pogba are in the same class of player.

I'm taking Pogba. I like a solid 6 and United has a few good 10s. Pogba also is more marketable and sells more jerseys leading to more money and more signings.

Ok, lets phrase the question this way. Imagine every midfielder on your team caught super herpes and died. Now you can sign either Alli or Pogba, but just one of them. Both obvious positions of need. Which do you pick?

I mean obviously the comparison was exaggerated but you are so insistent you can't compare players that don't play the same position which is obviously false.

Also, based on this season it's hard to argue Alli and Pogba are in the same class right now.

Think of it this way:

You're building a team from scratch, but you have the chance to sign one of Pogba or Alli. Which do you choose and why? This is the guy you're going to be building your squad around.

He fully understands the question he's being willfully ignorant to try and deflect from the obvious answer.

Easy, Raheem Sterling.
