Crabhawk fold up crab trap. Hook it to a swivel on your rod. You can cast it but I just weight it down and drop it. When it hits the bottom it opens up. When you reel it in it closes up.

I can't believe all the peopl ein here talking about hand lining crabs..........
You people never use crab nets or traps?
Get you some nets and throw em out off a bank let soak and run every 20 minutes or so..........
Chicken, turkey necks or melt for bait.
