We run 7-7 with holidays spelled out in the divorce agreement. I kinda wish we went with 5-2 (weekdays w me), and Summers being in her favor because I am much more stringent on education than she is

2-2-3 is ridiculous. The child is very adaptable, thankfully, so it doesn't seem to be negatively affecting her much now. It just makes things a pain to plan/coordinate, and makes it feel like neither place is really home for her.

yea. I have mine every other weekeend and we organize extended holidays and extra weeks in summer to get me to 60/40. But b/c I'm in BR and they are in Madisonville and Natchez respectively I can never have a true 50/50.
I will always pay 1050 to one and 1029 to the other as well as split extra shite.
I don't mind too much these days as things are amicable as can be.
We share a Google calendar to organize and plan stuff. We get along very well(FB friends and share pics etc). This makes the kids happy.

Getting bent out of shape over money you pay an ex wife is essentially 'killing yourself' with stress and worry about shite you can't control. Even if you were to 'get her' by finding an attorney and a loophole, what are you really accomplishing by saving few hundred a month?
Being Bitter is stupid. Trust me coming from a guy who, with 2 degrees and a great job, had to resort to delivering pizzas from 2011-2015 as a second job to pay CS.
