In the 90's they partnered with Six Flags to try and close that gap. It didn't really work, but at least they were trying. Even a decade ago you'd still see Tweety Bird and the Tasmanian Devil licensed all over the place on clothes and coffee mugs and the like. Now they're just... gone.

I believe they also partnered with COPS. I'd always see Looney Tunes merch on that show back in the 90s
