Of the above, I used to watch Pawn Stars because they had some interesting historical commentary from their 'experts' pretty often. But they lost me when they started having some random "theme for the day" scripting and began plugging the fat lazy guy too much. Haven't watched in at least 3 years, maybe more.

It's all good. I am trying to wean myself off the 'constant-politics all the time" mode I fell into over the past year.

I recently switched to Direct TV and the AHCH is a great channel, watched the American Revolution series 2 weeks ago along with a Civil War mini series, actually watching AHCH (channel 287) right now watching "Gunslingers" Jesse James: The South's Last Rebel.
