You always balance a push movement with a pulling movement.

I super set my chest exercise with a back one.

I'm doing my rings on a push/pull split.

It is very good for your joints as the agonist and antagonist muscles are both pumped at the same time. I actually feel stronger when I use this split

False. That is a perfectly fine way to do it, but do a chest/back/legs 3 day split is fine too.
