Rand Paul: "Somebody Was Spying On the Trump Campaign" (Video)

Once again, Rand Paul demonstrates why he is a couple of cuts above almost everyone else in Washington. The fact that we already know that Mike Flynn was surveilled, in and of itself, proves that the Trump campaign was being monitored. And, this intrusion happened on Obama's watch.
In addition to that, Comey refused to answer the question regarding whether or not he had briefed Obama on the Flynn situation. Too bad we didn't have a Congressmam yesterday utter the infamous words, "What did the President know, and when did he know it?"

This is why this whole thing is so stupid. The media and the left is acting like they didn't have surveillance on the Trump Campaign eventhough they openly admit the examples. Trump was right, but they are going to play semantics and continue their "Russians" cry.

I only got to watch part of the hearings yesterday, but that was one thing that really frustrated me. The only crime WE KNOW that was committed was associated with the leaking of Flynn's conversations.
Why wasn't that FACT front & center yesterday? I believe Comey gave a "no comment" to the question of whether or not that was even being investigated. But of course, they've been looking into Trump & the Russians since last July, and Comey was eager to tell everyone about that investigation.

They also would have you believe that Trump's accusation is slanderous. All the while accusing the sitting President of treason without any evidence.

No one is saying this.
What Trump claimed was that Obama ordered surveillance of Trump. That's illegal, improper, and Trump has provided no proof to support this.
What almost undoubtedly has happened is the FBI had probable cause and got a FISA warrant to investigate someone connected to the Trump campaign.
These two scenarios are not remotely close to the same thing.

Why does that really make a difference due to the fact it was still against his campaign/administration which is directly tied to him?
Doesn't matter what the media/left says. Trump = Trump/Family/Campaign/Administration
Obviously when they talk about "Russians" anyone tied to him might as well be Trump in their eyes.

What impeachable offense did he accuse him of? I truly don't know.

Based on what we know about Manafort, Page and Flynn, I would hope someone would be digging a little deeper. Not to mention Trump's financial ties through the years to prominent Russians...

It's just hard to not believe the FBI, with all of their spying capabilities, did not use some of these surveillance methods on a person whom they've been investigation supposedly for 8 months.
