Bayou Classic Double Jet
This is the one I have. I got it for a cheaper price than what is listed (Maybe bought it as a warehouse deal?). Id be happy paying the $60 as listed if I had to do it over again.

King Kooker is what I use
I tried a Bayou Classic burner once and it just never did work right, so I've stayed away from that brand. Others use them just fine.
