That said CB wouldn't already have 3 years under his belt thus it would be ridiculous to give him 13 million a year. Butler is a proven commodity, the scenario you just made he would not be.



So no.

Even for a rookie contract, how many teams would use a first round pick on a 27 year old that they new would start but play against more #2 receivers as #1's. You would have possibly have some, but not many.
