re: Rand Paul introduces sweeping reform of civil asset forfeiture laws

No surprise Rand is the one to initiate this, since he's one of the few who maintains his principles, and actually tries to decrease government overreach.

Unfortunately, I don't think many know much about CAF, and the legislation probably won't get the attention it deserves. Hopefully, I'm wrong, or better yet, it passes.
