Everyone in the US has access to the internet. You can walk into a McDonald's anywhere in the country and get free WiFi for use with your Obamaphone, but you could also just go to a library and use one of their computers. Every library I've had access to has had at least one internet-enabled computer since the early 2000s.

Every single government department needs to be cut.
Edit- Cut as in they need to have some funding cut. Not completely cut.

Yep, Bill Clinton made sure of that during his tenure with that federal surcharge tax on your phone bill. I'm pretty sure the tax is still there. MOF, he gloated on the fact that it would make the internet available to all of the U.S.
