Wrong. The article in the OP is why Millions of people live where they live. It's why local DAs, sheriffs and judges get elected in many towns. Many people live in places where negative 'interracial interaction' is impossible. By design.

Brooklyn may be way safer than Shreveport. That's why whites are moving out of Shreveport by the droves. Brooklyn is no where near as safe as my neighborhood in North Bossier. There is zero crime of any kind. Our murder rate is 1 every 50 years. I have a 5 year old car that has never had its doors locked. The most dangerous place I visit every day is Starbucks at 5:30 a.m.
