Nah, it was only a matter of time. The people who work in FedGov are mostly Democrats who want FedGov to grow and spend endlessly. That's how they get raises and promotions. They will work to ruin Trump out of a sense of self-preservation.

Why do you think they will "ruin" him? Are you admitting he has some unsavory things on there?

This. The national government has become an entity that instead of serving the people, serves its employees and politicians.
Government always expands. It never contracts.
