Oh yeah, my gut tells me you refer to your husband, if you have one, as "my husband" when discussing him with your women friends. Hypocrisy rears its ugly head once again.

Why are the men on this board so shook up by this event?
They should all go tell the women in their lives that they love them and appreciate all that they do for them and if there is anything that could make their lives better they are willing to do so. Also wouldn't hurt for them to recognize that the women in their lives do not have their priviledge and even though there is very little that can be done simply recognizing that life is a little tougher for women than men can let the women in our lives know that they are not isolated and alone.
I can't imagine life without the women in my life...my swife, daughter, mother, sisters, grandmothers, friends...all very important people to me. And they have all had times when their being a woman was an obstacle......I don't know why that is so threatening to a man....

This is the kind of crap men have had to listen to everyday since the 60s from women. A woman can say my man this and my man that but if a man dares to say my woman then he's a chauvinist pig and has to be put in his place by some dumb bitch who feels the need to momsplain it to him.
