Titanic, Avengers, and I guess Frozen are the only movies on that list even remotely close to being all time classics.

I'll admit it, I saw it three times in theaters.

It was freaking badass in Imax. I had never seen anything like it.

You're so edgy for talking shite about something I liked when I was 18-years-old.

Because a lot of people watched it. I thought this was a given.

That's the Hollywood way in the 21st Century.

I actually walked out the theater for this one, eventually caught it on TNT, other than the graphics I don't get the hype

Yeah, I said it was badass like 8-years ago a few posts up, but a couple years after it came out I tried to watch it in my parents' media room w/ a projector and theater setting and everything and honestly was kind of the same way. Don't think I finished it.

It's something you have to see in theaters to enjoy, if you'll enjoy it at all. A similar film to me is Intersteller. I love the movie and think it's story is much better than Avartar's, but Interstellar on my 55in 4K is just 'meh' compared to Imax.

It doesn't hold up on video or tv because it loses that quality which made it so increadible.

I does if you get really stoned. Very increadible.

Because of the 3D. I never saw it in theaters, but that's all everyone talked about. No one talked about the plot, just the great visuals. I watched about half of it on TV years later and it really wasn't a good movie without the 3D, big screen visuals.

Exactly. If all it had was the visuals and had a dumb, rehashed plot I could see where it made some money, but not the most ever.
