I'm aware of the existing propaganda. It's bullshite. #3 is absurd - yes, fiber is potentially beneficial. No, spiking insulin is not beneficial. You can easily get your fiber from green vegetables. #9 is stupid too. If you eat what I recommended (fish/cheese/eggs) then you will have greatly reduced hunger pangs while also not having a sugar spike.
