I'm also needing to get this done...
I'm married with one child. Would prefer to go the easy legal zoom route, but i'm not sure that will suffice. We own a couple investment properties, but other than that, pretty normal I guess financially. If i'm just wanting to leave all assets to my wife and child do I need to go the lawyer route? Also, is it important to setup a trust.
