Yes. There are quite a few examples. He even used his justice department to go after one journalist.

Two. His people hacked Rosen's and that CBS reporter's computer or phone. I remember the media was OUTRAGED...for a week.

Obama went after James Rosen, a Fox News Reporter, and declared him a "criminal co-conspirator" in order to gain access to his phone and email messages.

He also had the telephone records of 20 AP reporters subpoenaed.

Imagine the melt if Trump would do that. He doesn't invite NYT and CNN to a press briefing and the outrage is heard around the world. I doubt the OP ever read a story where Obama charged reporters with co-conspiratorship and subpoenaed dozens of reporters phone records.
