And those aren't conservative principles. Those should be more (ironically) liberal principles, but there are very few classical liberals actually left in this country. Their party has been highjacked as have the Republicans.

As far as I'm concerned, Trump destroyed the two party system. It for all intents and purposes does not exist and Washington is currently in chaos on how to actually handle Trump. The Democrats are a chicken with their head cut off and Trump has a knife to the Republicans throats and is holding them hostage. He is not a conservative.

Well, I can't say definitively if he is actually doing that. He seems to be keeping some promises, but I have a hard time believing this depraved narcissist actually puts anything (save for maybe his children) over himself.
