I had no idea this was even possible until a few years back I worked with a guy(who had a pretty good job) but has 3 kids and his wife didn't work; and he told me he was getting back more than he paid in. I was utterly shocked.

I can see getting all your money back if you're poor and really need it, but don't give them my money too.
