Who is the creme de la creme : military?

1st Special Forces Operational Det.- Delta

DEVGRU
I think we can leave out USAF CCT since they normally deploy (2) to a SEAL or DELTA squadron. Although it's probably the fastest way to achieve a Special Forces life considering the pipeline they go through.
I think the two are probably even. But what says the OT?

Not young at all. Damn near middle aged. I went to dinner with an old HS friend over the weekend. He enlisted in the army. Went Rangers and had spent the last decade stationed at Bragg as an operator.
He was honorably discharged a month ago. Glad he's home and has a great job doing private security. I was asking because he was pretty adamant that the argument between the two was trivial.

My buddy said if he had it all over to do again; he would go this route. But delta can choose these guys to join; and they are normally assigned two to a SEAL unit or Delta unit anyway.
