1 is in need of a remodel in the worst way, i could never live in that. 2 at least has wood floors and could be liveable with just swapping out the black appliances for stainless steel.

Looks like the prototypical BR cookie cutter subdivisions...

My nephew lives in a house in BR in one of those subdivisions.. All of his window trim work is rotting out... They used cheap shite to build those houses..
