I have two tankless water heaters, wasn't aware they need to be flushed. How often?

I think Rheem recommends (and may require it to be) at least once a year. The type of water you have makes a big difference in how necessary it is though. If you have really hard water that builds up a lot of scale then you may need to do it more often.

Supposedly once a year, but that is assuming you have very hard water. I do mine every 3-5 years in Baton Rouge.
