His pressure might not be right if he is pulling off the mask. They spend so little time diagnosing this shite that it is almost a given it wont be right the first time. I was sent home with 8 cmH20 and was still snoring and pulled it off a few times. I looked up how to get into the settings and bumped it up to 9cm h20 and havent looked back.

It's likely too high if he was titrated with a full face mask.
