Yes probably a few hundred USA families get to enjoy a job they otherwise wouldn't have. Is that a good or a bad thing? I can't tell which the left prefers anymore.
Oh that's right oil companies, their stockholders and their employees are allowed to not pay US taxes. Got me there.
