I just don't think we can be critical of the MSM without also being critical of Trump

Certainly, he isn't helping things with the incessant whining. The problem is, we actually have a real frick up with this Flynn thing and because the media has been blowing their wad over hand shakes and dresses, it's hard to take them seriously with this.

Not really. Trump is behaving badly, but it's not his job to be nice to the press. It might be a bad strategy to constantly berate them, but at the end of the day he will be judged on his performance.
On the other hand, it IS a core part of the media's job to cover news objectively. If they aren't sifting through the nonsense to bring us what is truly important, then what good are they????
