There is a pretty amazing trip report from flyertalk with incredible pictures. Also includes Namibia, but pretty relevant to your itinerary.

Please, and I cant emphasize this enough, never put your lives in the hands of any Korean airline. Flight Crews are poorly trained, so much so, that my company wont allow us to DH on Korean or Asiana. Just look at the Asiana crash at SFO. Three CA's on the flight deck in VFR conditions with 20 miles visibility, and they wadded up a brand spanking new B772ER.
VA flies LHR-CPT N/S...should be a DL codeshare

While informative, he wasn't talking about actually flying on a Korean airline, but using Korean Air's Skypass frequent flyer program to book a flight on Skyteam partners.
However, as I stated earlier for anyone looking to try this, it is a PITA.

WWe are flying CPT - Kruger via SA airways, then have a Federal Air Shuttle to Sabi Sabi.
You may be on your trip now but I'm interesting in this portion of your deal.
We just booked Elephant Plains Safari Lodge in Sabi Sands. They have the air transfer deal too with their own airstrip so I'm hoping it is as flexible as it sounds as we need to be at JNB at 2pm-ish to get back home.

Just got back earlier this week. The trip was amazing. Flight into Kruger is pretty easy and the airport is small, hop on a federal air shuttle is a breeze.
I will say, our agent set up the flight and she reconmended atleast 4 hours before international. We landed in JNB at 2pm, and got international flight at 830pm. JNB airport is chaos to check in and go through security but didn't take all that long.
We did it a little different because we went from Kruger to Victoria falls, then went to JNB to fly home.
I think if you plan ahead you can coordinate w federal air.
Like I said it was phenomenal and our trip was perfect. I'll plan on posting a review of sorts in the coming weeks.
