BRPD or EBRSO? If BRPD they must just be setting up there. That area is outside of Baton Rouge city limits to the best of my knowledge and falls under EBRSO jusrisdiction.

That is still BRPD, the very south east corner of their jurisdiction

Depends on where they're planning to set up. Staring Lane and the areas on both sides of it between Highland and Perkins are inside the city limits. I see BRPD speed traps all the time on that road. Burbank/Gardere area is outside city limits though.
