So now that this has happened can the old thread be un-deleted? Or does this site just automatically delete any threads that mention judges' behavior

Sammy's bar is kinda loud, but I'm not sure you could drop an n-bomb without someone else hearing. It's one of those words that you hear through the noise.

total outsider on this, but even the most racist, KKK person there is I doubt would make that comment in a popular eatery in this day and age. I doubt a judge would do this. Not saying it's impossible, just improbable.

From what I learned about the judge in the deleted thread, he's a notorious drunk. I'm not saying it happened or is even likely, but certainly possible to get a 67 year old man to drop an n-bomb after a few crown royals.

FYI folks. The other thread was locked and anchored. Chicken came aboard and reported that several people were going to be banned for below the belt comments

I read that comment too. It would be interesting to dig on those allegations. Maybe he insulted her, but perhaps she simply has an ax to grind.
