Yeah, really. The state can't comment on any of this, so you're getting her side of the story. This is a protective plan, which means there had to be an indication of abuse, and signed off by a judge. There is way more to this story.

Unfortunately, that is just not true. Unless of course you consider homeschooling abuse. CPS seems to horribly underserves indigents, while overstepping when dealing with working/middle class cases. In interest of self-preservation, they generally leave folks with money alone.
