The real questions should be why are these judges questioning evidence and the judgement of the president. Argue the law or constitutionality, but asking questions about terrorists or past actions is ridiculous.

He was 3rd choice, the other two had to recuse themselves due to conflicts of interests with the principals involved. He all but admitted in the the beginning that things were moving to fast. Code for I'm not prepared.
