coach jones can't force the players to hit their shots or play hard. that is on the players. they have let coach jones down. you can't blame him if the players aren't doing their jobs. coach jones can't go out there and play defense for his players. they have to do it. tasmin mitchell said the same thing last week on 104.5.

Every player on the Kentucky roster will get playing time.

Come on bro. LSU would lose by at least 40 with KY not playing 1 starter. Fact.

sounds like speculation and not a fact.

So coach Jones isn't responsible for teaching them the "stand around the perimeter passing the ball back and forth (with no player movement) until the shot clock runs down, then whoever has it last jack up a bad shot or turn it over" offense?

Are we watching the same basketball team? Give me one positive comment about anything you've seen the last 9 games. Look, I'm not into bashing student athletes but this team has shut it down. They are not even going through the motions anymore. It's like watching a shoot around. If LSU keeps this game anywhere near the spread, call it an upset.

here's a positive: the kids play hard. also this team is young. they need time to gel. most teams have a chance to get chemistry. with all of the defections from last years team we knew this would be a rebuild year. so why are people mad we are rebuilding when they knew it was coming?

motivation and discipline are all on the coach. if the players aren't doing what you tell them to, then you sit them on the bench.

it's not coach jones fault the players don't listen. he wasn't left a lot to work with thanks to trent johnson so he doesn't have the luxury of going to the bench.

Agree. I'll continue to show coach jones some love. Even back in the end days for coach miles he had his supporters. I am stepping up for coach jones.

He CAN give them offensive and defensive systems that will put them in place to make plays and be successful, but what's the fun in that...
