He lost to shitty Mark Gottfried is his only tournament game who is also about to get canned. LSU collapsing and losing that game might be the only reason MG doesnt get fired until after next year

johnny jones is one big arse mistake! That hire was political and racially motivated and it's not debatable. That clown should've never been a coach in any capacity at LSU, much less the head basketball coach.

i can promise you joe alleva doesnt make any hires with an alterior motive. he has a proven track record at duke of handling things the right way. i hope you realize coach jones deserves another few years to get this thing fixed. trent johnson left him a big mess and it takes time to get things fixed.

He's never not been a bad coach. I could do a better job myself than he's done the past few years, and I know the game far better despite far less experience.

you cant be serious? This is year 5, all roster failures are squarely on his shoulder. If he didn't have the foresight to know Mickey and Martin wouldn't be here for 4 years and Simmons was one and done, so he should jave been loading up on bigs the last 2 recruiting classes then he shouldn't be running the program.
When you are giving up 88pts a night in conference play, you have more than roster deficiencies.
I'm sorry if you are friends with him, but im tired of watching ball screens and everyone else just stands and looks and then we jack up contested shots.
I'm also tired of watching constantly allowing dribble penetration and our lack of devensive rotations.
Look this guy was a .500 coach in the sunbelt If he didn't have LSU on the diploma he wouldn't be here.
It's a bit above .500 here but goddamn he's had 5 NBA players out there and we still only have 1 tourney apperance
