Plays that may have changed the momentum of the game?

There were 3 plays that really stood out to me that were the signaling of the end for the Falcons
The punt return by Edelman early in the 3rd, just something felt different after that return.
The Coleman injury play, they completely abandoned the run after that
The missed interception by Atlanta after the tip over the middle. Had to get a turnover as the D was gassed and just could not do it.

Edelman pulling that catch out of his arse.
He had a similar crucial play in the Seahawks SuperBowl on a third and long

how did you not include the sack on 2nd down on the 22 with 4 minutes left up 8 points?

The Amendola catch probably gets overlooked it seemed he barely got that as the ball looked past him.
This game was good but not great, the ending though was incredible.

The Falcons refusing to run the ball up 8 with 3:30 left in easy FG range...moronic.

Because it was obvious. These are plays that people will not mention, I worded the title badly, but wont change it.

works for me. gonna go with the decision by the refs to allow the patriots 4 timeouts in the first half so they could set up an easier field goal

When Edelman caught that "immaculate reception", I knew it was their destiny to win.
The other plays that sealed the Falcons fate was when Ryan stood in the pocket and took a sack on 3rd and 2 and the holding play that followed.

Falcon's offense not stepping on the field for 68 minutes had to hurt them a little. That is a lot of time to cool off.

What?
You mean when the play was reviewed? They had the ball on the Atlanta 20 with a timeout to go. They would have just kicked it then
Instead, they ran a screen that lost 3 yards.

Patriots winning the coin toss. Everyone, including the Falcons, knew it was over then. The defense was 100% done at that point and Brady was in God Mode.
Had Falcons won the toss, they still had a chance with their offense.

Pats converted a 4th and 3 from about their own 40 when they were driving down 28-3. If they don't pick that up ATL gets great field position after they had just gashed the NE defense for a TD
Brady also had a nice scramble for a 1st down on 3rd and 8 later in that drive
As bad as the Falcons fricked up their last possession, they really screwed up after they recovered the onside kick. They get the ball at the NE 41 and they go:
1st Down: 9 yard pass to Hooper to the NE 32
2nd Down: Run Coleman, holding on Matthews, back to NE 42
2nd Down replay: Incompletion
3rd Down: Ryan sacked, loss of 9
They got the ball at the NE 41 and they couldn't even get a fricking FG attempt out of it. If they get 3 they go up 31-9 and the Pats have to score 3 TDs to have a chance

Why the Falcons brought Les Miles in as an offensive consultant is baffling to me.

strip sack by Hightower changed the game.

After we got the onside kick in Pats territory and went backwards
Freeman choosing to think about his contract and not block Hightower.
Matthews holding on the completion to Sanu when we were in FG position.

I disagree, the Punt return did something to the crowd and the momentum. That play was big, but the 3 I listed are ones that wont really get discussed.

If it's the punt return I'm thinking of it did feel like the Pat's had momentum
Then the Pat's went 3 and out and Atlanta scored a TD the next drive
Atlanta went up by 25 after that punt
