If someone were to open up a floral shop, what would be good information to know before they decide to open one up?

Close it down for the first two weeks of February. Nobody buys flowers then.

Also, if someone calls asking about buying flowers for their mom that's in the hospital, tell them "Don't do it, these flowers will be dead in three days...just like your mom."

Are you talking about info for managing the business?

The most important thing is managing inventory and knowing how to make floral arrangements.
