I couldnt get a great pic because I was trying to plate and feed three hungry girls. The chops were delicious. I must confess that the stuffed chop was not as good as the plain chop. Wont buy those again. The plain chop was really juicy and had a perfect crust!! A solid dusting of himalayan pink salt and coarse ground pepper and it was fire!!
