Were you around for the Carter Administration? Amy Carter took almost as much shite as Jimmy did. She was around Barron's age, +/- a year or two.
Amy was just ugly. Barron looks kind of "off". Odd mannerisms, strange gait, repetitive motions, etc. Maybe the kid was just nervous election night and on Inauguration Day, I don't know...
I agree that it's bullshite that adults are picking on him over social media, but liberals don't have the market cornered on this type of behavior.

Amy Carter was only made fun of because her father said, "Amy and I were talking about Nuclear Proliferation."
Making fun of her Father for discussing such things with a child does not equal attacks like we see these days.

He is definitely withen the ADHD/Autism spectrum. You can tell his brain craves constant stimulation. It's not a bad thing, he's probably incredibly smart.

I disagree. He looks just like any modern day 10 year old who has been stripped of all electronic devices, social media, etc. for an entire day.
Watch the younger kids at church or dinner sometimes. You can tell which ones are banned from their ipads/iphones. They look like zombies.
