These guys are doing what they do best - filibuster and deflect - and their supporters love it just like the trump supporters rejoice when Trump would pump them up with "Build that wall - and who's going to pay for it!!!"
They see it as keeping Tucker from getting his points across - it's a "win" for them.

You're going to look mighty foolish when construction starts. You should be thanking Trump supporters for being the roadblock to Clinton but you continue to get your little Trump supporter digs into the conversation.
