Is he wrong? Something is insane with people who willingly run 26+ miles for the fun of it.

Try swimming 2 miles then biking 112 miles before running 26.2 miles then you call call people insane.

I know a guy who ran 3 ran 100 mile races last year, it took him 23 hours, that's crazy. He told me he woke up Saturday morning and ran 28 miles. I don't think I've ran 100 miles my entire life.

It only seems insane because you are too much of a pussy to do it.

Squatting 600 lbs isn't much fun either. It's about the challenge and the idea of proving what you are mentally and physically capable of accomplishing.
