I already have Desire, Stuart, and Success trees on the property. They cross pollinate each other but all have the scab disease. Slowly losing them over the years. Figured I would replace them with the Caddo and/or Houma. Not so much worried about production as I am with just a healthy looking tree. Not doing the graft route. Saw the TyTy website and interested in the 9-10 foot trees. About $145 a tree plus shipping. Just thought I might find someone local that I can just go and pick up.

Contact the local LSU Cooperative Extension. They may be able to give you the name of some nurseries based on your size and variety preferences.
There is a tree nursery in the Opelousas/Washington area who carries a larger selection of varieties. I can't think of the name but maybe someone else on the OB knows the name and where it's located. May be within your 75 mile range....
ETA: See the next post--Clyde Hollaway is the place I was thinking about (but it's not close to Opelousas and further from BR but likely worth the trip). Thanks Geauxtiga
